Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. We ship nationwide via DHL, GIG logistics and Bus dropoffs. On interstate, we ship via Logistics. Depending on your package these all go at the standard shipping fee.
In Store Shopping
We offer instore shopping and pick-up service at our Abuja outlet but we do not offer pick-up service at the moment in Lagos state. We pride ourselves in delivering to your doorstep.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns of any unwanted item to us for a refund once purchase is completed but in the case of product default, orders can be exchanged within 3 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

Should you require a different product please request a refund and re-order. We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 1 working day after your refund has been approved for your refund.
